Why does the chihuahua sound like Hulk Hogan?

Comedic value. I almost made the dog sound mexican, but then stopped because that's REALLY cliched. I'm tired of seeing chihuahuas with mexican accents, it's been done to death (thanks, Taco Bell). Also, it wouldn't make any sense to give the dog an accent of a place he's never personally been to before. And then I thought of how funny it'd be to make him sound all macho like that, and I just HAD to do it once I thought of that.
